The split in the Republican Party begins — at least for now.

While we have a MAGA congresswoman in Florida running campaign ads against the mass deportations and explaining how the ideology of deportation was supported by Latinx voters until they realized they're deporting people going to work and not criminals. You have the Texas governor's race where the Republican candidate washed his website of any ties to Donald Trump. An Arizona congresswoman previously endorsed by Trump is now again turning away from Trump and focusing more on core Republican values.

The fact that a majority of Republicans are now, at face value, going against Trump for their elections says a lot about what the presidential election in two years is going to look like.

As I have written in the past — you can read my letter to the RNC — MAGA is temporary; the careers of these politicians are up to us.

MEXIT

The exiting of MAGA — we call it MEXIT because of how people are turning from it.

In ten years you will be asked what side you are on, and that's a valid question: Which side are you on? When our grandkids are sitting on our laps and they ask if you sided with breaking apart families, how are you answering that?

You can always correct a mistake.

The Question Nobody Wants to Answer

We can only take it at face value, because when they're in office — what will they vote? Do we trust career politicians with holding true to their campaign promises, or do we believe that politicians will focus on their own interest?

In my opinion, the "pack mentality" will show, and what's best for the individuals that vote. If recent history shows itself to be true, MAGA will say anything and do anything to hold power, and the only mission is to be a rubber stamp for President Trump.

The split is real. Whether it holds is the only question left.
